| Accused bunker shooter's friend says teen often talked 'crazy'
A teen who pleaded not guilty Tuesday to executing a young couple at an abandoned military bunker often talked of "crazy, crazy" things but wasn't taken seriously, one of his closest friends said Tuesday. "It's innocent until proven guilty," Rob Misetic, 18, said of Collin Lee McGlaughlin, whom he has known since 2003, when they were underclassmen at a private La Verne high school. "But if he did it, (he) finally snapped." McGlaughlin, 18, of West Covina, was arraigned on murder charges in San Bernardino County Superior Court in Barstow along with David Brian Smith, 19, of Covina. .

How Tata has built a car that costs less than a motorbike
Tata has launched the Nano as a family car for four or five people, but the company concedes that the Nano is no limousine, with its dimensions of 3.1 m long by 1.5 m wide and 1.6 m high. Once again, though, the compact dimensions help to keep costs down, as the smaller the vehicle is, the fewer materials are required for its construction. A small, lightweight car can also be fitted with a smaller, lighter engine. In the Nano's case, the 624.6 cc, 33 PS, 48 Nm twin-cylinder aluminium engine is mounted transversely under the rear seats, ahead of the rear axle line and mated directly with the four-speed transaxle. No common components Because the Nano was being designed to be such a low-budget car, all components had to be designed from scratch, with nothing carried over from Tata's other vehicles.
Hip-Hop Rumors: Is Kimora Preggers? Bottle Hits Pitbull! Timbaland ...
Damn! What is the hell is going on? I heard about 2,500 people packed club PLANETA in San Antonio, TX to see the one and only Pitbull. After the rapper gets about two songs into his concert, a bottle zips out from the crowd and busts Pitbull on the side of the head! The bottle didn't crack, but it did break the skin and Pitbull bled. A nurse taped him up and he kept performing for one song. There would be no full concert due to the bleeding. He was eventually taken away by the paramedics to get eight staples in his head. Pitbull told the crowd that said his fans pay his bills and he wasn't going let one hater spoil it for them. I heard roughly 80% of those I attendance were females. Foul! See the ignorant video below. REMY MA CLASHES WITH DIRECTOR? Remy Ma has been relatively low-key.
Man gets 11 years in "stupid" loan scheme
Severson's attorney, Christopher Kelly, recommended his client receive five years in prison, less than the nine years Crabb imposed on Hardyman in July 2006. Kelly said Hardyman was more responsible for the bank's collapse. He loaned $13.4 million to three businessmen, including Severson, and encouraged Severson to run several businesses despite his lack of business training or even a high school diploma. "He's not Donald Trump who could bankrupt a casino chain and then start over and make millions (of dollars) more," Kelly said. Determining if Hardyman or Severson is more guilty is like asking, "Who's more culpable: the thief or the fence?" said Assistant U.S. Attorney Grant Johnson. Each needed the other to carry out the scheme, but the federal guidelines call for a higher sentence for Severson, who was on probation for a 2001 felony conviction while defrauding the Blanchardville bank, Johnson said.
